Cars seem to be haunting me today.

Firstly my own car decided to surprise me in a nice way. A few months back his vent control for the air con jammed so he would only blow warm air onto the front windscreen. No matter what I did I couldn't get the dash vents to work.

Driving home tonight in the dark I managed not to avoid one of the larger pot holes in the road. As a result my poor car ran right over it with a thud. I cursed that it had probably knocked the tracking out until I noticed something strange, my feet were getting toasty. Out of curiosity I turned the vent direction control and bliss, hot air came out of the dash vents! Whatever had jammed the control had been dislodged when my poor old car ran over the pot hole in the road. Hevvy is now a happy bunny!

Secondly I was shopping in the local Aldi store when I seemed to keep being drawn to a die-cast toy car. Why do I want a black Pontiac Firebird model? They aren't even seen on the roads in this country.

Must........ resist....... buying......... it.
